Textbook Refund Policy

CURRENT Cash Register RECEIPT Must Accompany
All Refunds & Exchanges!


                Full refund available ONLY thru the
                    --2nd week of each semester
                    --1st week of summer session
                    --One week from start date for all late starting classes

Full refund applies to current textbook purchases only - older books from prior semesters can be sold back to us at the end of each term for best pricing.
  1. For a refund you must provide a current cash register receipt, class schedule, and a picture ID.
  2. Books must be in perfect (mint) condition to receive a full refund. Otherwise there will be a 25% reduction.
  3. We reserve the right to make a determination on the condition of all returned books & merchandise.
  4. Workbooks, study guides, syllabi, etc. are refundable only if returned new and unused.
  5. Books with access codes, software, audio cassettes and/or videos may not be refundable if unwrapped.  Opened packages that are accepted for returns will incur $2 rewrapping fee.
  6. No refunds on computers & other electronics, software, general merchandise, non-required books, plays or pocketbooks.
  7. No refunds on shipping fees.
 * Books purchased over the web may be returned via UPS or in person, but must be shipped within the refund dates and include a sales receipt.
 
Following is a summary of non-refundable items:
  1. Test prep books
  2. Opened software or electronics
  3. Schedules and catalogs
  4. Plays, novels, or pocketbooks
  5. Clearance items
  6. Any item marked "No refunds if opened"
Refund Methods
Cash purchases - will be refunded in cash
Credit cards purchases - will be credited back to the original account only
Program charges/Scholarships - will be credited back to original program

Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover
ATM/Debit Cards

The Bookstore only accepts credit cards from the actual cardholder.

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
We cannot receive or make phone calls to authorize charges.



The Bookstore does not accept personal checks,
  traveler's checks, two-party checks, payroll checks or money orders.
